CABARET TONIGHT IN TORONTO: JAZZ.FM91 COMPOSERS SERIES: BOB DOROUGH & BARBRA LICA

JAZZ.FM91 presents The Composers Series at
THE JAZZ BISTRO (251 Victoria Street, Toronto, ONT, CA - 416-363-5299), featuring local and international artists paying tribute to some of the greatest composers and songwriters of all time. Concerts begin at 8:30 pm. On Monday, December 2nd, Jazz.FM91 celebrates the music of Bob Dorough, who will be performing with Canadian jazz vocalist Barbra Lica. Dorough, an acclaimed pianist, singer and songwriter, is best known as the composer of songs used in the 1970's television classic, "Schoolhouse Rock". His songs have been recorded by Mel Torme, Diana Krall, Miles Davis, Jack Johnson and Jamie Cullum, and include such classics as "Devil May Care", "Conjunction Junction", "But for Now" and "Comin' Home Baby". Tickets for the Jazz.FM91 Composers Series are $40 each, and Series Subscriptions are available for $135, with special discounts for students and JAZZ.FM91 Members.
