CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: SINGER/SONGWRITER VALERY GOLDES AT THE MET
Singer/ songwriter Valery Goldes will perform at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Monday, December 16th at 9:30 pm. Goldes is a classically trained pianist. He studied music in Hanover, Germany and is currently studying at the Juilliard School in New York. An accomplished performer, Valery has played with many orchestras worldwide, including concerts with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Zubin Mehta. Although Valery has been in the music business all his life, he's always looked for his special niche. For this reason, Valery has begun to engage the world of contemporary musicin recent years. Valery's style is heavily influenced by the classical world, which can be heard in his songs.
