THE TOWN HALL (123 West 43rd Street, NYC - 212-997-1929) will overflow with the musical joys of the season when Furshpan Productions presents three extraordinary talents, Leslie Uggams, Christine Andreas and Marilyn Maye take the stage on Thursday, December 19th at 8:00 pm. These award-winning Holiday Belles will bring their unique and diverse talents to the celebration, performing songs from the musical theater and the American Songbook as well as holiday favorites. The concert, conceived and directed by Michael Bush, will feature each singer performing her own individual set and then bring them together for a very merry finale of holiday melodies that will shake the snow off the roof and fill each and everyone with an abundance of tuneful holiday spirit. NYC: MARTHA BARTZ AND MORY ORTMAN PRESENT "A HOLIDAY CABARET"

Martha Bartz and Mory Ortman present "A Holiday Cabaret" at DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788) on Thursday, December 19th at 7:45 pm. Musical director is Dr. Mory S. Ortman with special guest Jeremy Blossey. A Holiday Cabaret takes the audience on a journey through the holidays using the American songbook, old and new. Humor, passion, and emotion combine through great singing and story-telling to create this fun and entertaining hour of music. The music ranges from well known and loved standards to the new compositions of Jeff Blumenkrantz, Jason Robert Brown and others. Something for everyone! There is a $12 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

LONDON: OPEN MIC NIGHT RETURNS IN LONDON WITH HAROLD SANDITEN

Open Mic with host Harold Sanditen returns on Thursday, September 12th and every Thursday thereafter at London's THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888). This is a unique open mic in the West End, having an acoustic baby grand piano and a bass player. Michael Roulston and Jonty Fisher will be regular musicians - and both are versed at both jazz and more theatrical songs. Aimed at both the jazz and theatrical communities, The Crazy Coqs Open Mic Night welcomes all singers, composers and musicians, up & coming and established, who want to do a turn, performing new material or old favourites. For the audience, come and catch that proverbial 'rising star' (or possibly a famous West End name) in the intimate, "jewel-box" surroundings of The Crazy Coqs. Call for cover/minimum information.
