CABARET TONIGHT IN CT: JOHN HIATT AND THE COMBO AT RIDGEFIELD PLAYHOUSE
One of America's most acclaimed singer/songwriters John Hiatt returns toTHE RIDGEFIELD PLAYHOUSE ( 80 East Ridge, Ridgefield, CT - 203-438-5795) on Friday, August 9th at 8:00 pm. He is joined by special guest Matthew Perryman Jones. From blues to country to straight up rock & roll, with his soulful, whiskey burn voice & red hot playing, John Hiatt has the ability to turn on a dime from ballad to bombast. He has played a variety of musical styles on his albums, including New Wave, blues and country. Hiatt has been nominated for eleven Grammy Awards and has been awarded a variety of other distinctions in the music industry. Tickets are $67.
