L.A.: LISA PASSERO AT THE GARDENIA
Lisa Passero, a founding member of the New York comedy group "The High-Heeled Women," will appear at THE GARDENIA (7066 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA - 323-467-7444) on Friday & Saturday, December 7th & 8th at 9:00 pm. Lisa made her Broadway debut in Franco Zeffirelli's production of Filumena, directed by Laurence Olivier. In addition to multiple outings at The Gardenia in the 80s and 90s, she has appeared in many New York nightclubs - most recently the Metropolitan Room - and has played leading roles in a number of musicals, including the Los Angeles production of Paul Bartel's Eating Raoul (the musical.) Filmwork has included roles in Last Exit to Brooklyn, Poison Ivy, and Jimmy Hollywood, and TV credits have included roles on Who's the Boss, Quantum Leap, Beverly Hills 90210, Caroline in the City, and That's Life. Her December Gardenia shows are becoming a holiday tradition. Call for cover/minimum information.
