S.F.: THE THREE DEGREES WITH "WHEN WILL I SEE YOU AGAIN?"
The vocal group The Three Degrees bring their show "When Will I See You Again?" toRRAZZ ROOM at THE HOTEL NIKKO (222 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA - 415-394-1189) Thursday through Saturday, January 6th through 8th at 8:00 pm. Discovered by producer and songwriter Richard Barrett circa 1963, The Three Degrees garnered their greatest successes with Philadelphia International Records under Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff. The first song they recorded was with the studio band MFSB, entitled "TSOP (The Sound of Philadelphia)," which was the theme song for Soul Train. Their third single "When Will I See You Again" was the one that hit mainstream. Today, the line-up consists of Valerie Holiday, Helen Scott and Cynthia Garrison. There is a $40-$42.50 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
