LON: KT SULLIVAN WITH COLOURED LIGHTS AT PHEASANTRY
THE PHEASANTRY (152-154 King's Road, London SW3 4UT - 08456 027 017), London's premier cabaret venue, continues with the announcement that KT Sullivan will make her debut there Tuesday through Saturday, January 4th through 9th at 8:30 pm (8:00 pm on Sunday) for a week of performances of her acclaimed new show COLOURED LIGHTS, which transfers from New York's Algonquin Hotel where she recently performed her 10th season. She is joined by Jon Weber on piano. COLOURED LIGHTS charts through song and anecdotes the pilgrimage from her rural hometown, the dubiously named Boggy Depot, OK, to the bright lights of Manhattan where she has carved an enviable career as one of the foremost interpreters of American popular song, much of which is offered generously throughout this journey featuring material such as 'Try To Remember', 'Who's That Woman', 'Much More' as well as a nod to our own Noel Coward with 'World Weary'.
