Chanteuse Pegi Johns brings her show "A Window into our Hearts: Songs That Got Us Through the War (1939-1945)" to KRANZBERG ART CENTER STUDIO THEATRE (501 North Grand Street, St. Louis, MO - 314-795-8778) on Saturday, August 28th at 8:00 pm. The show touches upon the greatest hits of the World War II era and features the music of The Andrew Sisters, Judy Garland, Glenn Miller, Cole Porter, Fats Waller, Richard Rodgers, Frank Loesser and Harold Arlen. Ric Vice is the director and Carolbeth True serves as musical director/pianist. From her live concert and nightclub performances, leading roles in musical stage productions, acting in motion pictures, television shows and commercials, to modeling in print and television ads, Pegi Johns has established herself as a versatile performer.
