NYC: ALIX PAIGE MAKES NYC CABARET DEBUT
Alix Paige will be making her New York City Cabaret debut at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Thursday, August 26th at 9:30 pm and Friday, August 27th at 7:00 pm. Ms. Paige has performed with bands of all styles nationwide and performed her first cabaret at the The Globe in Miami, FL. She has sung with the world-renowned jazz pianist Shelly Berg and the up-and-coming star pianist Daniel C. Strange, in a concert for Angela Lansbury. Through old jazz standards and Musical Theatre showstoppers, Alix tells stories of love, loss, and just pure and simple lust as she explores the love songs of brilliant composers like Gershwin, Porter, Sondheim, and Kander & Ebb. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
