SCOBAR ENTERTAINMENT and ROBBIE G. PRODUCTIONS present Pedrito Martinez and The A-Team at IRIDIUM JAZZ CLUB (1650 Broadway, NYC - 212-582-2121 - ) on Tuesday, July 20th with shows at 8:00 & 10:00 pm. Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, Pedro Pablo Martinez began his musical career at the age of 11, performing as vocalist and percussionist on the Afro Cuban music scene playing with legends as a Lazaro Roos, Merceditas Valdes, Oriki, Pancho Quinto, Gregorio (El Goyo) Hernandez and Yoruba Andabo. Since settling in New York City in 1998, Pedro has performed, recorded, and/or toured with the likes of Alejandro Sanz, Kenny G, Brian Lynch, Orlando Reos "Puntilla", Steve Turre, Kip Hanrahan and his Deep Rumba project, Me'shell Ndege'Ocello, Bilal, Bill Summers and Los Hombres Calientes, Arturo "Chico" O'Farrill, Stefon Harris, Little Louie Vega, Eddie Palmieri, Paquito d'Rivera, Bebo Valdrs, Dave Samuel, Steve Coleman, Cassandra Wilson, The Conga Kings (Candido Camero, Patato Valdrs, and Giovanni Hidalgo) and Dave Murray to name a few. There is a $25 cover plus a $10 food/drink minimum.$15 cover for members of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE.
