The husband-and-wife team of David Alpher (pianist/composer) and Jennie Litt (singer/lyricist) will make their NYC cabaret and songwriting debut at DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788 - ) on Monday, July 19th at 7:00 pm, with additional shows scheduled for Monday, July 26th at 7:00 pm and Saturday, July 31st at 5:00 pm. The show is directed by Barry Kleinbort. The songs cover topics like celebrity chefs, manatees, lingerie, cryonic-preservation of embryos, and the randomness of absolutely everything. Some old, some new, plus a select handful of standards from Kern & Hammerstein, Bock & Harnick, & Edith Piaf. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum. $10 cover for members of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE.
