N.E.: MAUREEN HAMILL ON STAGE ONE
Broadway comes to Fairfield as Maureen Hamill brings to The Fairfield Theatre Company's ON STAGE ONE (70 Sanford Street, Fairfield, CT - 203-259-1036) a concert filled with unique arrangements of classic Broadway and pop songs on Saturday, June 19th at 7:30 pm. Joining Maureen will be two Broadway veterans: Tony nominated Willy Falk (Miss Saigon) and Raissa Katona Bennett (Phantom of the Opera). Musical director is Matthew Ward. Hamill has performed her sold-out cabaret show at New York's Tavern on the Green, shared the concert stage with Tony winners James Naughton and Christine Ebersole, and sang for the Cabaret Cares concert at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. For her own Hamill Productions she has written, directed and performed in many theatrical productions in Connecticut and nationwide, including sold-out concerts at the Fairfield Theatre Company, the Hartford Convention Center for the American Red Cross, and at the Harriet Hillman Theatre in West Palm Beach. Tickets are $22.
