"Strut Your Stuff", a showcase featuring five "newer" performers of CCP (Chicago Cabaret Professionals )will be presented on Monday, May 12th at 8:00 pm at DAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-278-1830). Members of the cast scheduled to appear are Mary Fleming, Don Hoffman, Daniel Johnson, Carol Moss and Patricia Salinski. These five CCP Members create and perform their own "mini" cabaret shows: A Variety of Artists - A Variety of Material - An hour or so of ever-changing cabaret entertainment. Pianist Nuck Sula music directs and hosts. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

Jonathan Karrant presents "Celebrating America's Crooners" at MARTINI'S ABOVE FOURTH (3940 4th Avenue, San Diego, CA - 619-400-4500 ) on Monday, May 12th at 8:00 pm. Yesterday and today, crooners are here to stay! Jonathan will recreate the Great American Songbook with songs from the popular crooners of the 20th Century like Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Johnny Mathis, Nat King Cole and many more. From the 40's, 50's and 60's to the contemporary crooners of today, like Harry Connick Jr. John Pizzarelli and Michael Buble. There is a $20-$25 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
