LONDON: BABS SAVAGE AT THE CRAZY COQS
THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) welcomes back the dynamic and exuberant Babs Savage alongside her high-octane four-piece band in her new show, Feeling Good With Babs. on Friday & Saturday, May 15th & 16th at 8:00 pm. After several successful visits to LA and Chicago and sell-out shows at THE CRAZY COQS last year, this unique jazz singer returns with a delightful mix of jazz and R&B numbers from her Savage Rainbows album. Babs combines her own material with songs such as John Legend's All Of Me, and romantic classics including Let There Be Love, Smoke Gets In Your Eyes and of course her unique samba version of Feeling Good. With Benjamin Croft on piano, Nick Webster on double bass, Rha Stranges on drums and Hoagy Plastow on sax. Call for cover/minimum information.
