NYC: 54 BELOW PRESENTS THE NYC CABARET FESTIVAL - PART 1
FEATURED CABARET FESTIVAL EVENT
54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) inaugurates a brand new festival saluting some of the finest talents in the NYC cabaret community. This August, join more than seventy uniquely gifted entertainers, among the most highly regarded in the city, to celebrate work ranging from original compositions to treasured standards by the greats & absolutely everything in between. The NYC Cabaret Festival shines a bright spotlight on this most unique craft, & propels it into the future! There is a $25-$35 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum for each show.

SALON - that unique, Multiple Award Winning, Weekly Open Mic Event, created and hosted by Mark Janas continues at ETCETERA ETCETERA (352 West 44th Street, NYC - 212-399-4141) on Sundays from 7:00 to 10:30 pm (sign-up begins at 6:15 pm). On Sunday, August 17th, SALON will be celebrating their NINTH ANNIVERSARY! Co-Hosts are Etceterettes. Remember, any material, on or off theme, is always welcome at Salon. There are no reservations; seating is on a first come/ first served basis, with one intermission. There is a $10 cash cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
