CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: NICK PACKARD ODD DUCK AT THE MET
Nick Packard brings his show "Odd Duck" to THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Wednesday, August 14th at 7:00 pm. Nick is from Watertown, MA, home of America's most famous boat and the Watertown Public Library. He is a contributor to the Onion News Network and is one-fifth of the comedy group Gentlemen Party. He has performed stand-up on shows such as The Moon, Danny's Funhouse and Comedy Party, USA. He performs characters regularly on Running Late with Scott Rogowski. He can be seen as Dougie in the 2009 movie Mystery Team. He has always been an odd duck. Appearing with Nick is Anna Drezen, a comedian living in Brooklyn, NY. Her work has been featured on MTVu, the front page of CollegeHumor, TheOnion.com, Funny or Die, WitStream, Thought Catalog, Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, and SplitSider. Anna has performed at Joe's Pub, the PIT, the UCB, the Del Close Comedy Festival, the Women in Comedy Festival, and many other festivals, clubs and colleges across the city and country. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
