BOS: MARIA TECCE AT SCULLERS
Boston-born Maria Tecce will perform on Wednesday, October 24th at 8:00 pm atSCULLERS JAZZ CLUB (400 Soldiers Field Road, Allston, MA - 617-562-4111 -/ ). Maria began her musical career not in the US but in Europe and over the last few years Maria Tecce has steadily garnered critical praise for her singing and acting work. From Lincoln Centre to Europe's Opera houses, this powerhouse of performance has packed venues and festivals with her one-woman cabaret and jazz shows. She has shared the stage with artists as diverse as Dionne Warwicke and Ronnie Drew of The Dubliners and her original songs have appeared alongside Grammy Award winners Bella Fleck, John Prine, and Bruce Mathiske. Her fourth album 'Made In Ireland' is on release in February 2013. There is a $22 cover. Dinner/show package $62.
