S.F.: JUDY BUTTERFIELD SINGS UNDER THE MANHATTAN MOON AT THE RRAZZ
21-year-old Judy Butterfield brings her show "Under The Manhattan Moon" to RRAZZ ROOM at THE HOTEL NIKKO (222 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA - 415-394-1189) on Sunday, January 9th at 3:00 pm and Monday, January 10th at 8:00 pm. Judy received the Julie Wilson Award from the Mabel Mercer Foundation. Currently in her second year at Barnard College at NYC's Columbia University, Judy uses the music of the Gershwins, Cole Porter, Jerome Kern and Harold Arlen, as well as Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan to examine the life that she's living in Modern Day Manhattan in contrast to the love story of her grandparents that took place on the same streets two generations ago. There is a $35 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
