NYC: ADAM PASCAL & ANTHONY RAPP IN CONCERT AT THE TOWN HALL
Feinstein's at Loews Regency and RJ Productions will present Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp, the original stars of the smash Broadway musical Rent in a special one-night only event at THE TOWN HALL (123 West 43rd Street, NYC - 212-997-1929 - / ) on Monday, January 10th at 8:00 pm. The evening will feature the two stars sharing stories and music from Rent, in addition to pop, rock and original songs. Selections from the musicals Cabaret and Chess will be included, as well as new arrangements of "Maria," "Not a Day Goes By," and "What I Did for Love." Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp got their big break fourteen years ago as original cast members in Jonathan Larson's ground breaking musical Rent. In 2005, they both reprised their roles in the movie version of Rent and helped bring a new generation of fans to the Broadway show and returned to Rent on July 30, 2007, for a six week run. Their journey with Rent finally came to conclusion when in 2009, they reprised their roles one last time, in "Rent The Broadway Tour", which traveled all over the U.S. as well as Japan and South Korea.
