TODAY IN D.C.AREA: ADELE RUSSELL IN "A CRAZY LIFE" AT GERMANO'S
Adele Russell, actress and singer, debuts her one-woman cabaret show "A Crazy Life" at CABARET AT GERMANO'S (300 South High Street, Baltimore, MD - 410-752-4515) on Saturday, September 25th at 7:30 pm. Adele takes a unique and sometimes crazy journey as she reflects on how life takes you to extraordinary places you never dreamed of or leaves you totally lost and in the dark. Adele will perform songs ranging from contemporary pop to classic Broadway, by songwriters such as Stevie Wonder, David Friedman, Billy Joel, Leslie Bricusse, Tom Lehrer as well as her own compositions. Adele has appeared in numerous plays, musicals, reviews and cabarets throughout her career. In addition to theater, Adele has acted in television and film. She also writes songs, dabbles in playwriting, has directed shows and taught acting and musical theater. Directed by Judy Simmons and accompanied by Marty Coffman. There is a $10 cover, no minimum.
