NYC: ZIEGFELD'S MIDNIGHT FROLIC OF 2010 AT THE MAIN STAGE
Mark York and The Ziegfeld Society present Ziegfeld's "Midnight Frolic of 2010" THE MAIN STAGE at THE BROADWAY COMEDY CLUB (318 West 53rd Street, NYC - 212-757-2333) with the final show scheduled for Monday, May 3rd at 7:00 pm.. As before, the Frolic is a wonderful way to relive the days of seeing a Ziegfeld show on the New Amsterdam Theatre Rooftop. The shows feature a dozen performers, including some elaborately costumed showgirls, to recapture the ambiance of the original Follies. Producer-Director is Mark York and Choreographer is David Auxier. Each set of weekly shows features a special guest, with Anita Gillette appearing on the 18th & 19th, Jane Summerhays on the 25th & 26th and Sarah Rice on May 2nd & 3rd.
