NYC: AN EVENING OF ORIGINALS WITH TIM DI PASQUA
New York Nightlife and Bistro Award winning Singer/ Songwriter Tim Di Pasqua returns to the THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440 - ) on Monday, May 3rd at 7:00 pm. This will mark Tim's first solo effort in over five years. Artistic director is Michael Levesque. When Tim isn't singing country music with Tom Andersen and Scott Coulter in the award-winning SOUTHERN COMFORT, or musical-directing Jim Van Slyke in the critically-acclaimed revue THE SEDAKA SHOW, featuring the songs of Neil Sedaka, he returns to what he does best: singing his own music. This time he'll do it for New York audiences in a one-night only solo performance with all proceeds going to THIRD EYE THEATRE CO. (http://www.thirdeyetheatrco.com/ ) of which he is a founding member. Tim will be singing his classic originals such as MAYBE YOU DIDN'T HEAR ME, ONE THING, and YOU, as well as new material from his musical revue NOTES ON NEW YORK - The Musicalized Observations of Tim Di Pasqua, in addition to debuting two brand new, never before performed originals. Tim's songs have been performed live and on recordings by incredible vocalists all over the globe. Tim has lent his talents to other singers and their projects. This time it's just Tim, a piano and his songs. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
