Carol Shedlin returns to DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788) with her brand-new cabaret show, Romance in the Dark, for four performances in April - on Thursday, April 7th; Tuesday, April 12th; Monday, April 18th and Thursday, April 21st - all shows at 7:00 pm. Carol presents her swinging, sexy evening of sizzling tunes that will draw you into a world of late-night dancing and romancing. Join Carol for her memories of floating across the floor under the glittering lights of spinning mirror balls - coupled with the songs that made her fall in love with the dream of singing under the glow of a soft, pink spotlight. Celebrating more than twenty years of "impeccable musical taste," Romance in the Dark continues Carol's tradition of creating magical cabaret evenings featuring an intriguing song list, mixing favorite standards with rarities just waiting to be discovered. Jon Delfin is Musical Director at the piano with Boots Maleson on bass. Aaron Morishita directs. There is a $12 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
