NYC: QUIET PLEASE THERE'S A LADY ON STAGE - A TRIBUTE TO JULIE WILSON
To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, Joseph Macchia Production's Cabaret Cares/Help is on the Way, Today, presents "Quiet Please There's A Lady On Stage - A Tribute To Julie Wilson" at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Thursday, March 17th, at 7:00 pm. And they have announced an all-Irish cast to entertain: Joan Crowe, Sue Matsuki, Sidney Myer, Julie Reyburn, Lauren Stanford & Christopher Zelno with musical director, Tracy Stark! Celebrate Julie Wilson at this special tribute show! All the proceeds go to support children living with HIV/AIDS. AND there will be a special FREE raffle for a signed photo of the great Miss Wilson for some lucky audience member to win! There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

Harold Sanditen, jazz-cabaret singer and veteran theatre producer, is host of Open Mic Night at THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) every Thursday at 10:30 pm, ably supported by regular musicians Michael Roulston on piano and Jonty Fisher on bass. It is always an entertaining evening full of fun and surprise. Aimed at both the jazz and theatrical communities, The Crazy Coqs Open Mic Night welcomes all singers, composers and musicians, up & coming and established, who want to do a turn, performing new material or old favourites. For the audience, come and catch that proverbial 'rising star' (or possibly a famous West End name) in the intimate, "jewel-box" surroundings of The Crazy Coqs. Call for cover/minimum information.
