Carol Curtis performs at MARTINI'S ABOVE FOURTH (3940 4th Avenue, San Diego, CA - 619-400-4500) pm Saturdays from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. The musical road from Riverside, California to San Diego rambles through Nevada, Oklahoma and almost every state in between, where Carol Curtis traveled as a musician. With a degree in music education from Oklahoma State University, she inspired young minds for several years, only to return to her true calling: cabaret-style singing. Playing the audience as skillfully as she plays piano and guitar, Carol weaves an eclectic mix of torch songs, Broadway and standards into an evening of fun repartee. No cover charge.

Producing partners Tye Blue and Rumer Willis present their new monthly jazz concert series highlighting 3 very different voices & storytellers each month at ROCKWELL: TABLE & STAGE (1714 Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, CA - 323-669-1550 - http://www.rockwell-la.com/ ) on Saturday, November 28th at 8:00 pm. This unique and intimate show allows audience members to spend some one on one time with each of these artists as they reveal who they are and what their journey has been - through song. This fun and light-hearted show will be backed by a phenomenal jazz band and will feature 3 new singers every month. The debut on November 28th stars notable LA entertainers (and Rockwell alumni) Ginifer King (CYRANO, GYPSY, & STEEL MAGNOLIAS on Broadway and The Haunted Hathaways on Nickelodeon); Constantine Rousouli, (HAIRSPRAY, WICKED, & GHOST on Broadway), and Maiya Sykes (NBC's The Voice, PostModern Jukebox, and For the Record: Tarantino).
