NYC: THE KITCHEN RIOTS MAKE METROPOLITAN ROOM DEBUT
Straight from the inaugural 3-day Kitchen Riots Festival, the Kitchen Riots' Night of Secrets will appear at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM(34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Monday, November 12th at 9:30 pm. The group will perform an evening of soulful original jazz compositions. If the kitchen is the heart of the home then singer-songwriter, Erica Jacobs, is the master chef. Through her luscious female vocal arrangements accompanied by piano, violin and Djembe, she serves the audience a heartfelt journey designed to explore the human spirit. The Kitchen Riots' Night of Secrets is designed to cultivate, through music, all those things found in a good kitchen - intoxicating scents, luxurious tastes, riotous laughter and heartfelt conversations. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
