NE: BACA LIFE IS A CABARET OPEN MIC
FEATURED CABARET ORGANIZATION EVENT
The next BACA (Boston Association of Cabaret Artists ) LIFE IS A CABARET open mic will be held on Friday, November 16th atSPRINGSTEP, MEDIUM STUDIO (98 George P. Hassett Drive, Medford, MA ) from 7:30 to 10:30 pm (sign-up begins at 7:15 pm). BACA Open Mics are held on the 3rd Friday of the month. Hosted by Events Director, Stephen Smith the program will include a special informative time with the accomplished pianist, Bill Duffy! This is an educational opportunity to learn how to appropriately interact with an accompanist including the need for correct charts and establishing musical rapport. Please bring lead sheets with you in your own key. Admission is $10 for BACA members, $13 for non-members.
