A favorite among audiences and critics alike, Tony Award-winning Broadway star Victoria Clark brings her one-woman show to THE CABARET AT THE COLUMBIA CLUB (121 Monument Circle, Indianapolis, IN - 317-275-1169) on Friday & Saturday, November 16th & 17th at 8:00 pm. The show will feature standards from the Great American Songbook alongside material from lesser-known composers and music from her Broadway career (The Light in the Piazza, The Grapes of Wrath, Sister Act: The Musical, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Cabaret, Urinetown, Titanic, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Bye Bye Birdie, Grand Night for Singing). Victoria Clark maintains one of the most diverse performing careers of any artist living today, equally at home in plays, musicals, film, television, and the concert stage. Clark received Tony, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle Awards, as well as a Drama League honor for her luminous portrayal of mother Margaret Johnson in the critically-acclaimed musical The Light in the Piazza in 2005. Clark began her love affair with the theatre as a child growing up in Dallas. There is a $35-$45-$55 cover plus a $12 food/drink minimum.
