2011 Nightlife Award Winner for Outstanding Jazz Vocalist Of The Year, Karen Oberlin, will perform with the Jon Weber Trio (Jon Weber, piano; Sean Smith, bass; Russ Meissner, drums) atTHE KITANO HOTEL'S GARDEN CAFE(66 Park Avenue, NYC - 212-885-7119) on Saturday, November 12th, with sets at 8:00 & 10:00 pm. Karen sings and swings a mix of new material and beloved favorites that touch on timely themes, from her favorite season for song, autumn, to the Wall Street occupation to the timeless topic of love. With selections by masters ranging from Harburg to Hersch, two unique sets and the sensational musical skills of Weber, Smith and Meissner. There is a $20 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
