NYC: JOHN PATRICK HART IN "MAD ABOUT THE BOY"
After a very successful performance of his show at DON'T TELL MAMA, John Patrick Hart will go uptown with "Mad About The Boy ... Celebrating Noel Coward" to THE TRIAD(158 West 72nd Street, NYC - 212-362-2590) for one night only, on Tuesday, May 25th at 8:00 pm. The year is 1954 and Noel is preparing for his coming Las Vegas 'gig'. He is rehearsing with his new musical director, played by Stephen Cornine, and sings such favorites as: Mad Dogs and Englishmen, Don't Put Your Daughter On The Stage Missus Worthington, Someday I'll Find You, Sail Away and other tunes including including the title song, Mad About The Boy. The performance includes memories of Noel's opening night at the Las Vegas Sands, during which he also does Edith Piaf, Marlene Deitrich, and even Tallulah. Emulating Noel, John's show should prove to be charming, comedic and melodic. Call for cover/minimum information.
