L.A.: JANENE LOVULLO AT STERLING'S UPSTAIRS
Following a self-imposed ten-year hiatus to raise a family, veteran Broadway star Janene Lovullo makes her return to the Los Angeles concert stage in "You Are My World" with Chris Marlowe serving as Musical Director at STERLING'S UPSTAIRS (4349 Tujunga Avenue, Studio City, CA - 818-754-8700) on Sunday, May 23rd at 7:00 pm. Among her many credits, highlights of Ms. Lovullo's Broadway appearances and National tours include portraying Grisabella in CATS, Fantine in Les Miserables, and The Pirates of Penzance. She is currently preparing to record her first CD with Chris Marlowe. Mr. Marlowe is best known for eight recordings with the legendary Nancy LaMott, winning Back Stage's BISTRO Award and a MAC Award (Manhattan Association of Cabarets) for Recording of The Year. Dinner seating for this engagement is between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. There is a $50 show/dinner package, and a limited number of $25 show-only seats available.
