SUZANNE CARRICO'S "THIS IS WHAT CHRISTMAS-TIME MEANS TO ME"

Suzanne Carrico, winner of the 2008 MAC Award for Best Female Debut for THE ART OF THE CAHN, Music from the Sammy Cahn Songbook, has taken off part of this past year to record WHAT CHRISTMAS TIME MEANS TO ME, her first holiday CD. She will be joined by The Don Rebic Quartet, Dan Gross on percussion, Jim DiMatteo on bass & Windham Hill recording artist, Sean Harkness on guitar. On the CD will be tunes ranging from the popular ("Silver Bells," "I've Got My Love to Keep Me Warm" by Irving Berlin & "Baby It's Cold Outside/Let It Snow" by the wonderful Frank Loesser,Jule Styne & Sammy Cahn sung with Booth Daniels) to the spiritual ("What Child is This," "Little Drummer Boy," "Do You Hear What I Hear" & "Gesu Bambino") to an original tune by Musical Director Don Rebic, "Merry Christmas to Us All." The CD is available for pre-order athttp://www.shop.suzannecarrico.com/ and will be available for purchase on iTunes, Amazon and at retailers across the country after November 23rd. Ms. Carrico will open a brand new show directed by & featuring Booth Daniels on December 2nd at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM with a full band & a champagne reception to celebrate the CD release, 5 additional December dates are scheduled at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM, as well as at DAVENPORT'S in Chicago with additional cities & dates (along with a few guest artists!) to be announced soon.
