TODAY IN NYC: JEROME ELLIOTT IN DRY HEAT AT THE DUPLEX
Coachella Valley baritone Jerome Elliott will perform his new cabaret show, entitled "Dry Heat" at THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 212-255-5438) on Wednesday, September 29th at 9:30 pm. Elliott's music director is Victor Janusz. follows on the heels of Elliott's acclaimed hit, "Bat out of Jersey," and "My Favorite Springs" which attracted standing room audiences to Billy Reed's and Blame it on Midnight this winter. "Dry Heat" brings dry wit from the Southern California desert. With selections ranging from Broadway to sixties pop to novelty numbers, Elliott will demonstrate how music keeps him smiling through the scorching desert summer. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
