Carron Dawn Wright performs at THE PHEASANTRY (152-154 King's Road, London SW3 4UT - 08456 027 017) on Sunday, August 31st at 8:00 pm. Carron is a tenacious singer/songwriter who moved to London from Shropshire in 2002 to pursue her career in music. She possesses a great talent for singing live jazz and her key influences include Nina Simone, Ray Charles, Kate Bush and Billie Holiday. She is joined on stage by James Noon (Guitar and Backing Vocals), Chris Nickols (Drums), Jon Mapp (Bass), and David Marchbanks (Piano). Call for cover/minimum information.
