CHICAGO: EVERYBODY SAYS DON'T - JOAN CURTO SINGS SONDHEIM
Joan Curto Sings Sondheim at DAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-278-1830) on Sunday, September 27th at 7:00 pm. Stephen Sondheim celebrated his 85th birthday in March. This is a return engagement of the SRO show, Everybody Says Don't, that debuted in March to celebrate Stephen Sondheim's immense contribution to musical theatre. The show will feature music from many of his shows including: Company, Follies, Anyone Can Whistle, A Little Night Music, Merrily We Roll Along and more. Curto is one of Chicago's top cabaret performers and will be joined by other well-known Chicago musicians, Beckie Menzie on piano, and Jim Cox on bass.
