SAN DIEGO, CA: CHRIS HASSETT IN "ALL OF ME"
Returning to MARTINI'S ABOVE FOURTH (3940 4th Avenue, San Diego, CA - 619-400-4500) on Tuesday, August 25th at 8:00 pm with his new show, award-winning vocalist and entertainer Chris Hassett promises to reveal "all of" his many musical incarnations - balladeer, country crooner, standards bearer, Broadway Baby and more. An accomplished songwriter, Chris will premiere several new compositions as well as material for his upcoming 5th album, scheduled for a late 2015 release. Chris' impeccable phrasing, warm onstage personality, and rich baritone have won him unabashed praise from audiences and critics alike and garnered favorable comparisons to the best singers of any era. But don't worry about all that - just bring a few friends to enjoy a fun-filled evening of song, laughter, tears, and true musical artistry from one of San Diego's most beloved entertainers. Hassett will be joined by longtime musical partner Drew Massicot (piano) & Paul Hormick (bass). There is a $20 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.

ROCKWELL: TABLE & STAGE (1714 Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, CA - 323-669-1550) proudly present Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra on Wednesday, August 26th at 9:00 pm, with additional performances scheduled for Wednesdays through September 30th. With film credits including "Jurassic Park," "Independence Day," "The Fly," "The Big Chill," "Igby Goes Down," "The Grand Budapest Hotel" and "Le Weekend"; theatre performances including Seminar, The Pillowman and Domesticated; and television appearances including "Portlandia" and "Will & Grace," Jeff Goldblum now brings his jazz band, The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra for one performances only. The evening will feature Goldblum on piano, John Storie on guitar, James King on tenor saxophone and Kenny Elliot on drums. Call for cover/minimum information.
