FEATURED CABARET BENEFIT EVENT
A special fundraiser to help support The Child H.E.L.P. Partnership, a non-profit organization (NPO) working under the umbrella of St. John's University will be held at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Tuesday, March 19th at 7:00 pm. Performers include Ray Blue, tenor sax; Janelle Allbritton, vocals; Warren Chiasson, vibraphone; Mark Daine, guitar; Keith Ingham, piano; Bernard Purdie, drums; and Mike Weatherly, bass. We all need a little extra help sometimes, but it's especially true for children who have seen, heard, & experienced things that no one ever should. Kids from disadvantaged homes are often the hardest hit in a natural disaster like Super Storm Sandy. Many under-served families are still struggling to recover & get to a "new normal." Your donations will help these kids get the attention & services they need to empower them to start living the lives they deserve. There is a $30 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
