NEW REVIEW BY MONA FINSTON - CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE CRITIC AT LARGE


Posted August 29, 2012 - This time, CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE's Critic-at-Large reviews comic icon David Brenner's recent show at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM. When Mona was invited to review the show, she asked first if this was appropriate for a website that covers cabaret, but I reminded her, that cabaret is a not just singing - if the show is presented "cabaret style"(up close & personal) it probably is cabaret - and even more so if it is performed in a room designed for cabaret.
