L.A.: LABOR DAY WEEKEND WITH JAZZ & BLUES SINGER BARBARA MORRISON
Renowned Jazz & Blues Singer, Barbara Morrison will return to CATALINA JAZZ CLUB (6725 West Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood, CA - 323-466-2210 - ) for two concerts during the Labor Day Weekend. On Saturday, September 1st at 8:30 pm she will be reprising her critically acclaimed show, Barbara Morrison in "A Tribute To Dinah Washington - Queen of the Blues" accompanied by the Barbara Morrison Performing Arts Center All Star Big Band conducted by John Stephens. Morrison's song list will include signature songs popularized by Dinah Washington including: "What a Diff'rence a Day Makes," "This Bitter Earth," "Come Rain or Come Shine," "You Go To My Head," "If It's The Last Thing I Do," "You Been A Good Old Wagon but You Done Broke Down," "I Wanna Be Loved" and many more. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum or dinner.
