Kritzerland Upstairs at Sterling's presents "The Burt Bacharach Album" as it's next edition of its "first Sunday of the month" series atSTERLING'S AT THE FEDERAL (5303 Lankershim Boulevard, North Hollywood, CA - 818-754-8700) on August 5th at 7:00 pm. Based on the 1996 album produced by Bruce Kimmel, this tribute to one of the greatest pop composers in history will be a tuneful treat through mostly Bacharach and David-land, featuring many of their classic and iconic pop songs. Performers include Danny Gurwin (Broadway: Urinetown, The Full Monty, The Scarlet Pimpernel), Kim Huber (Broadway: Belle, Beauty & The Beast; Betty Schaeffer, Sunset Boulevard), Dennis Kyle (Reprise's They're Playing Our Song; Rooster in Annie, Theater Aspen), Lisa Livesay (Glinda, Wicked, national tour; Monteen, Parade, Center Theatre Group), Jane Noseworthy (Reprise: Carrie, Carousel; Rosanna, Cyrano; Hope, Urinetown) and Music Director: Tom Griep and special guest, Daisy Egan.
