NYC: FOOLS FOR LOVE BENEFIT FOR PROSPECT THEATER COMPANY
Julie Miller is producing a cabaret event at THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909) on Sunday, April 1st at 7:00 pm as a benefit to raise funds forPROSPECT THEATER COMPANY to fund it's development of new musicals. The show is a concert of original songs celebrating April Fools Day, written for this event by some really amazing songwriters: Deborah Abramson, Jeremy Desmon & Vadim Feichtner, Drew Fornarola & Scott Elmgreen, Adam Gwon, Kait Kerrigan & Brian Lowdermilk, Peter Mills & Steve Weiner, Thomas Mizer & Curtis Moore, Benj Pasek & Justin Paul, Nathan Tysen & Chris Miller, Amanda Yesnowitz & Brian Cimmet, and Jay Alan Zimmerman. Performers include Karl Josef Co, Kyle Eberlein, Kelechi Ezie, Charles Lowery IV, Jaygee Macapugay, Barry Shafrin, Sarah Statler, Nikki Switzer, and others to be announced. The show is curated and directed by Nick Brennan and Cara Reichel. Tickets are $25-$35 and available athttp://www.brownpapertickets.com/ . There is a $15 food/drink minimum.
