LAST CHANCE UNTIL SEPTEMBER: NYC: PAMELA LUSS WITH HOUSTON PERSON MONTHLY AT THE MET
A Monthly Saturday Series featuring Pamela Luss with Houston Person winds up for the season, to be resumed in September, on Saturday, April 28th at 7:00 pm at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440). The monthly series is titled "Just The Two of Us and Friends" and shows will vary each month. This show is called "Love, Love, Love ..." Blessed with a beautiful voice, remarkable timing, and sumptuous intonation, Pamela has enjoyed successful engagements - and drawn capacity crowds - in many of the top Jazz and Cabaret Clubs. Pamela began working with Houston Person in 2007. His famously beautiful saxophone tone had graced two of her previous three albums. The relationship continued and developed into her fourth album, Sweet and Saxy, which is a full-length collaboration between the younger singer and the veteran tenor saxophonist with Houston also as producer. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
