NYC: A RITZMAS DARYL AT URBAN STAGES
Just in the 'Nick' of time, cabaret legend Ricky Ritzel and cabaret legend (in his own mind) Daryl Glenn are back (for the very first time!) at URBAN STAGES (259 West 30th Street, NYC - 212 421-1380 - http://www.urbanstages.org/) with their timeless and timely smash-up of two classic musical versions of "A Christmas Carol" with performances on Thursday, December 8th at 7:00 pm. They are joined by newcomer Alison Nusbaum. Join these crazy kids as they warble their way through every single marvelous song (except that one dreadful one, which they cut!) from Leslie Bricusse's "Scrooge" and Jule Styne and Bob Merrill's "Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol". There is a $25 cover. All Proceeds Benefit Urban Stages' Outreach Program, Bringing Theater, Art and Education to Schools and Libraries Across New York City.
