NYC: MAUREEN TAYLOR IN TOO MARVELOUS! TRIBUTE TO LAUREN BACALL
Maureen Taylor will appear at URBAN STAGES (259 West 30th Street, NYC - 212 421-1380) with her show "Too Marvelous! Tribute To Lauren Bacall" on Thursday, December 8th at 9:00 pm. The show is directed by Jay Rogers. Music Director is John DiPinto, with Terese Genecco on drums and Marc Schmied on bass. Maureen received much acclaim for her show "TAYLOR MADE: BOB MERRILL". Now she takes up the life of Lauren Bacall; she has presence, charisma, the force and the authority that only the richest life experience can convey. She was no ordinary girl then, just as today she is no ordinary woman. In fact, she is an extraordinary one! There is a $25 cover. All Proceeds Benefit Urban Stages' Outreach Program, Bringing Theater, Art and Education to Schools and Libraries Across New York City.
