NYC: THINGS WE DO FOR LOVE - A REVUE OF SONGS BY NOEL KATZ
The music of songwriter Noel Katz, "Things We Do For Love" will be presented at THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 212-255-5438) on Monday, May 2nd at 9:30 pm and Tuesday, May 3rd at 7:00 pm. The show is directed by Justin Boccitto (Group Theatre Too) and music directed by Christine deFrece and features the talents of Steven Bidwell, Stephen Mitchell Brown, Christine deFrece, Vanessa Dunleavy, Rebecca Kubaska, Brad Siebeking, and with Noel himself on the piano. Noel Katz is known for "Such Good Friends" which won five awards including Talkin' Broadway's citation as the season's best musical at the fourth annual New York Musical Theatre Festival, as well as "Our Wedding, the Musical" a musical he composed for his own wedding in 2003. "Our Wedding, the Musical" was featured in the New York Times and was performed by the bride and groom, the wedding party, and the entire audience! "Things We Do For Love" is produced by Steven Bidwell in association with The Group Theatre Too. There is a $12 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
