S.F.: SHANA MORRISON TOURING NEW CD "JOYRIDE"
Over the past 15 years, Bay Area's own Shana Morrison has carved out a name for herself with an amalgamation of musical styles: smooth, elastic voice and captivating stage presence. Shana has a clear connection to American roots and soul. She will be appearing at RRAZZ ROOM at THE HOTEL NIKKO (222 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA - 415-394-1189) on Sunday, February 27th at 7:00 pm to release her new CD "Joyride" (Belfast/March 2010). The recording combines the incredible range of her vocal capabilities with sophisticated melodies, blending and bending genres for this gutsy self-declaration of a woman's independence and confidence. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
