Jackie Draper returns to THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATER (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909) on Sunday, January 23rd at 5:00 pm with to reprise her eleventh show, "Go The Distance". In this show, Jackie presents a personal, musical exploration of what it means and what it takes to "Go the distance" - through songs in English, French, Spanish and German. Composers include Ann Hampton Callaway, Lorraine Feather, Billy Joel, Brian Lasser, Michel Legrand, Zoe Lewis, Johnny Mandel, and Harry Warren. Jackie welcomes once again Music Director Gregory Toroian, on piano; Ritt Henn on bass and uke; Robbyn Tongue on alto sax, clarinet and more; and special guest, dancer Franklin Ayala. The Director is Helen Baldassare. Discover with Jackie, as she did while running the NYC marathon years ago, the qualities that inspire, energize, and encourage us to cross the finish line of our life-challenges.
