S.F.: FAITH WINTHROP AT THE MERCY OF MERCER TONIGHT AT THE RRAZZ
In celebration of Johnny Mercer's invaluable contribution to the world of music, Faith lovingly sings the lilting and irrepressible lyrics of this master tunesmith atRRAZZ ROOM at THE HOTEL NIKKO (222 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA - 415-394-1189) on Tuesday, December 14th at 8:00 pm. And then, there is Mabel Mercer, a"singer's singer" and legend, for whom Cole Porter and Bart Howard wrote songs for her to introduce. Homage is paid to her, as she was one of Faith's own musical mentors. Rounding out an already marvelous mix, Faith introduces several of her own new songs, making for a full evening of song. There is a $27,59 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
