L.A. AREA: FRANCESCA AMARI IN "SECRETLY SQUARE" IN PALM SPRINGS
Popular cabaret singer Francesca Amari brings her critically acclaimed show "Secretly Square: Guilty Pleasure Songs," to ARTHUR NEWMAN THEATRE at the JOSLYN CENTER THEATRE (73-750 Catalina Way, Palm Desert, CA - 760-340-3220) on Saturday, November 20th at 7:00 pm. Ms Amari's show is presented by Les Michaels as part of his Life Is A Cabaret Concert Series which began there in July and will continue through December. "Secretly Square" originally debuted in New York City's Metropolitan Room and pays homage to songs from such legendary performers as Johnny Mathis, The Carpenters, Captain & Tennille, Neil Sedaka and more. The show played Palm Springs earlier this year and at the Gardenia in LA. With a wide range and expressive vocal skills, Francesca delivers her music with sophisticated taste and broad humor with the songs you love, yet hate to admit you do.
