TODAY IN NYC: ALEXANDRA BILLINGS TO MAKE FEINSTEIN'S DEBUT TONIGHT & SATURDAY
FEINSTEIN'S at the Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue, NYC - 212-339-4095) in association with Lampkin Music Group presents Alexandra Billings in "Everybody's Girl" on Friday and Saturday, August 20th and 21st at 8:30 pm. After a 5 year absence from NY, Ms. Billings makes her Feinstein's debut with a show featuring songs from her award winning cabaret show such as: "Being Alive" "Let The River Run" "I'm Not My Mother" "Angels, Punks and Raging Queens" and the "Alone Medley" with musical direction by Robert Ollis. Alexandra was recently named "Best Female Cabaret Singer of 2009 in LA" by Don Grigware of Broadway World. Alexandra has been awarded a MAC/HANSEN award; a Jeff Award (Chicago's Tony equivalent); 5 Chicago After Dark awards and has the honor of being a member of the Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame. Tickets are $40-$60 with a $25 food/drink minimum.
